    Monday- Press ups and legs

    Tuesday- Abs, Biceps and back

    Wednesday- Relaxation

    Thursday- Chest and Triceps (press ups)

    Friday- Shoulders and Abs

    Saturday- Back and biceps

    Sunday- relaxation

    im 16 years old male , 5 feet 6 inches and around 160 pounds , im attempting to lose body fat and firm up so my plan would be to eat around 1900 – 2000 calories each day and my routine is one thing such as this :

    monday – 4 mile jog decent pace ( six to eight miles per hour )

    tuesday – Dumbbell Squat 3sets 6-12 reps
