An excellent beginning point for people just getting into travel is some good advice. The more you prepare for and effectively plan your trip, the more you will enjoy your travel time. You need to plan ahead and have time for fun, so it is to your benefit to learn something from these tips.

Be sure to have a good, clear, color photo of your child on hand to be prepared in the unhappy event your child becomes lost. Not knowing your child’s whereabouts is frightening. Sometimes though, this may happen. The photograph you have on hand could make a difference in time spent finding them if they are separated from you in a crowd.

Keep track of your important belongings when traveling. Tuck bags and purses under your arm where it is close to your body. Do not purchase bags that have easy open zippers and compartments. The easier the bag is to open, the more likely someone can slip away with something while you are distracted. When you are buying a bag keep these things in mind.

When traveling abroad, be on the lookout for criminals who may be posing as law or government officials. You should never give anyone your original passport no matter who they purport to be, or you could end up stranded in a strange land. If you are asked to go to an office with them, walk. Always use common sense and never accept a ride from a stranger.

Remember when traveling by plane, to wear shoes that are comfortable and easy to slip off. Security checks at airports now require you to remove your shoes. Your comfort is the most important factor here. When you are in the airport or on the airplane, you will sit more than you will walk, so having good arch supports is not the most important thing. A perfect type of footwear for travelling is sandals.

Try to work in some physical activity before your flight. This will not only help you to work out pre-flight jitters, it will also warm up your muscles to help you avoid cramps during a long flight. Your muscles can easily cramp from maintaining the same position for extended periods. Stretching beforehand, or doing some quick warm-up routines can help keep aches and leg cramps at bay.

One of the first steps you should take is to find out if you need a visa to enter the country you plan on visiting. Getting a visa can take a while, so apply for yours well before your trip. Keep in mind that some countries will refuse to allow you into the country without the proper visa in your possession.

    Hello everyone,
Lately I have been thinking about getting 2 young rats, a male and a female, but get them spayed/neutered.
I am 17 and I stay at my boyfriends house at least 5 days a week, so if I did get them I wouldn’t be around very often and that’s what I really don’t want to happen.
So me and my boyfriend decided that, after they get used to us, if the rats aren’t too fussed with traveling then we could both have cages and take them to each others place sometimes.
We wouldn’t move them around much, they would be at my boyfriends place almost all the time and would go back to my place once or twice every 3 weeks.
He only lives 1 train stop away so it doesn’t take very long to get to each other.

So my question is, would it be okay to take my rats with me?
I will wait till they are very comfortable and trust us, then I’d move onto the next step and get them used to the rat carrier, only putting them in for a certain amount of time and gradually extending the time. Then I’d start taking them outside in the carrier for a few minutes then gradually take longer until they are completely fine with it. If they never warm up to the idea then I will just keep them at mine and stay there a lot more.

Be honest if you think this is a bad idea, I just really need answers.

Thank you in advance for any help 🙂

They need to tell all the banks that have taken taxpayers cash that if these bonuses are paid, the government will withdraw their help and take back our money.
Kimmie Kraig: No government money =no bank= no contract=no bonus.
